Mentor a Rising Angel
Become an ALLy
ALLies are peer mentors who have walked their own Flight Path and are ready to walk beside someone just beginning theirs. Readiness is what matters, not a calendar.

Three Pathways
How ALLies Are Certified
- Rising Angel Graduate Complete the Flight Path, maintain stability, and be recommended by your Program Lead or Chapter Director. Complete the Mentor’s Flight Manual before mentoring begins.
- External Recruit Living in a stable, abuse-free environment with an active support system, a graduate of another survivor program, and holding professional and personal references.
- Provisional Track Strong readiness with one formal piece still in progress. Provisional ALLies mentor under direct supervision and convert to full certification after one successful cycle.
Lead in Your Community
Start or Lead a Chapter
Every chapter is led by a Triad of three, so no single leader carries the weight alone. If you want to bring Allied Angels to your community, this is where it starts.
The Chapter Triad
Three Roles, One Chapter
Chapter Director
The public face of the chapter. Leads fundraising, community partnerships, and financial oversight.
Program Lead
Protects the integrity of the curriculum. Vets ALLy candidates and facilitates Flight Club meetings.
Experience Coordinator
Runs the logistics. Plans Rising Day, manages supplies, and keeps the community engaged online.
Non-Compensated Role
Represent Allied Angels
- Digital Advocacy Manage public-facing content and community engagement aligned with our branding.
- Community Outreach Distribute materials to trusted community spaces, clinics, and partners.
- Active Execution Bring your professional strengths forward to help scale the organization.
